Delivery Policy

  • We charge $7 for all uniform orders (ninjapack trackable) and $2 for nametags (normal local post) for local Singapore delivery. Delivery is limited to main island of Singapore. (excludes Jurong Island, Tuas, and all restricted areas)

Uniforms: within 10 working days
Nametags: within 5 weeks

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • For any delivery enquiries; please email sales@euniforms.com.sg.
    Please include your Name, Contact Number and Order ID as well as details of your ordered items so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

  • All items sold are non-refundable.
  • Items may be exchanged at our Retail Outlet within 14 days with the receipt.
  • Items sold may be exchanged provided that they are in their original condition; ie, the items are not washed, worn or altered.
  • All exchanges are subjected to stock availability of the items.
